Graff Design & Build
Hamilton Gardens documents the transformation of a substantial North London property, with Graff Design & Build managing the renovation from the ground up. Across four levels, the project includes the excavation of a new basement beneath the existing three-storey house.
The approach
We documented the project from inside the build, focusing on the scale of the work as well as the people and processes behind it. Structural alterations, excavation and construction details sit alongside quieter observations of the team at work, creating a visual record of how Graff manages a complex residential renovation from site to completion.
