Development / North London
Winnington
Road
Graff Design & Build
Winnington Road documents an extensive renovation of a substantial North London home, set just off The Bishops Avenue. The project went beyond internal reworking, with major structural alterations and a significant rear extension reshaping the property and expanding the way it could be used.
The approach
We focused on the scale and progression of the build, documenting both the transformation of the existing house and the new work being introduced around it. Structural changes, rear extension works and construction details are balanced with observations of the team on site, creating a record of a complex renovation taking shape across the whole property.
